BB Strainer

A BB Strainer, or Bolted Bonnet Strainer, is a type of strainer designed to filter out larger, unwanted suspended particles from a liquid to protect downstream equipment, such as pumps, from damage. The strainer features a bolted bonnet, which means the bonnet (the top part of the strainer) is securely attached to the body using bolts, nuts, and studs. This design allows the bonnet to be removed easily for access to the internal components, facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
