Rising Stem Gate Valve

Rising Stem Gate Valves are a type of gate valve that features a stem which moves vertically in response to the operation of the valve. This vertical movement of the stem is directly linked to the opening and closing of the valve's gate, which is the component that controls the flow of fluid.

The design of a Rising Stem Gate Valve allows for a high degree of precision in controlling the flow. When the stem is lifted, the gate moves away from the seat, creating an open pathway for the fluid to pass through. Conversely, when the stem is pushed down, the gate descends onto the seat, sealing off the flow path and stopping the fluid flow.
