RF Swing Check Valve

RF Swing Check Valves are a specialized type of check valve that combines the features of a swing check valve with a raised face (RF) connection. The "RF" in the name refers to the raised face of the flange, which is a flat surface that is elevated above the bolt circle of the flange. This design provides a stronger and more secure seal compared to flat face flanges, making it suitable for high-pressure applications.

The swing check valve component of the RF Swing Check Valve features a hinged disc that is free to pivot within the valve body. This disc allows fluid to flow in one direction, but when the flow attempts to reverse, the disc swings back against the valve seat, effectively sealing off the flow path and preventing backflow.
