Design:
• Pilot Balancing: The pilot balanced Cage Guided Control Valve features a separate pressure balanced pilot plug, offering improved control compared to traditional cage control valves.
• Dual Closure Mechanism: The main plug is sealed tightly by the combined forces of the actuator and the unbalanced fluid pressure, while the pilot plug is sealed by the actuator's output and spring force.
• Pressure Balance Requirement: The flow capacity in the pilot plug channel must exceed that of the guided ring and plug-cage gap to ensure pressure balance and proper valve operation.
• Controlled Pilot Opening: The pilot plug opening is restricted to 10% of the valve opening to maintain precise control over the valve's small flow range.
• Compact Design: Offers a small footprint, compact structure, and excellent sealing capabilities.
• High Shut-Off Performance: Designed for long service life and high shut-off capabilities, suitable for evacuation and shut-off applications, particularly in high-temperature, high-pressure, and large-valve scenarios.

Advantages:
• Enhanced Sealing: In high-temperature and high-pressure differential environments, even minor seat leakage can lead to cavitation and damage to the valve trim. The pilot balanced cage guided Single Seated Control Valve ensures complete sealing, preventing long-term erosion. By leveraging the unbalanced force from the flow pressure difference, the required actuator size can be reduced while improving sealing performance, enhancing the product's competitiveness.
